wedding rental items
we offer a variety of items for our wedding clients and for anyone needing rental items for their event. we have items including tables & chairs, décor & accessories, beverage & food service supplies, electronics & entertainment items, and other miscellaneous items. please review our information below and give us a call at 870.425.2005 to discuss what we can do for you.
tables & chairs
options include: natural wood chairs, wicker chair, white molded plastic folding chairs, white round tables, white rectangle tables, brown rectangle tables, aluminum/silver rolling tables, and barstools
décor & accessories
options include: ornamental guest book pen, candelabras, carpet runners, silk flower arrangements, mirror, decorative columns, folding wooden screens
beverage & food service
options include: aluminum champagne bucket, champagne fountain, stainless 40-cup coffee maker, metal drink tubs, ice chest, rolling aluminum stainless ice chest, gallon glass punch bowl
electronics & entertainment
options include: 32" television, laptop computer, DVD player, projector, projection screen, presentation equipment, video camera rental, video camera tripod, wireless lapel microphone, small PA system with corded microphone, bocce ball set, photo booth (3 hours + attendant)
options include: large and small easels for framed photos, pipe & drape, plastic or metal fans, canvas or plastic canopy top
most prices are quoted for a one-day charge. if you wish to rent the items over an extended period of time, please call us for special rates. prices are not guaranteed. call us to confirm current rental pricing and availability.
delivery and pickup
please call for the charge for delivery to your area. the minimum $75 charge includes delivery and pickup of rental item(s). outside the Mountain Home city limits is $1 per mile (mileage both ways billed). for setup/breakdown/loading (in & out) of each table/8 chair set - $20. applicable tax not included.
normal delivery and pickup hours are monday-friday 9am-5pm. charges are for deliveries/pickups during normal business hours. please add $75 for deliveries and pickups outside of normal business hours. add $75 for deliveries involving moving equipment up stairs and $50 for moving equipment via elevator. charges are for delivery and pickup round trip.
you are more than welcome to pick up your rental items at our facility. all orders to be picked up should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. however, we will always try to accommodate you if at all possible. a special order processing charge of 20% will be added to orders placed after noon on the day prior to the day the item is received by the customer.
deliveries are made to any dock, garage or door readily accessible to our trucks. for pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered.
